- Be sure you are ordering the BEST EQUIPMENT for your specific application
- Communicate regularly with the vendor during system build to avoid any time-consuming or costly mistakes
- OVERSEE INSTALLATION to be sure the systems are installed properly and that home positions and calibration are defined correctly
- Take responsibility for ROBOT PROGRAMMING and optimization
- Develop and document WELDING PROCEDURES if applicable
Contract engineering, tooling and fixture design, system specification, and project management skills are always needed during certain phases of an automation project. We act as your in-house experts to optimize everone's time and resources. When the equipment is installed and your personnel are trained - and they have themselves become experts and can handle the project on their own - then we have accomplished our goals.
